“Whatever [clients] goals are, I’m looking forward to helping achieve them”  –Susie Armiak

Your Home: Susie Armiak

Those familiar with Susie Armiak may know her as a personal trainer and the owner of Tip Top Physique. This fall, however, Susie is switching gears and diving into a new profession as a realtor. While she may be newly licensed, Susie brings to the table years of experience in real estate sales.

“Prior to getting my license, I sold my husband’s properties that we built,” said Susie, of MBA Realty Group. “There are resources that are not available to those who are not licensed. A realtor can make sure all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted.”

Susie was drawn to the real estate profession after spending over 25 years working alongside her husband at Armiak Aluminum and All-Star Restoration. There, she was instrumental in assisting with the renovating, building, and selling all their projects. During that time, Susie said she developed an eye for what consumers are looking for.

“[It’s about] being able to read people and trying to get into their head to figure out what they want,” said Susie. “Whatever their goals are, I’m looking forward to helping achieve them.”

Not only must a good realtor be in touch with their client’s wants and needs in a home, but they must be familiar with the area they’re working in. And Susie is no stranger to Downriver, having lived on Grosse Ile for over 20 years and in the larger Downriver area her entire life.

If you’re looking for a vacation home, Susie has you covered there, as well. She’s spent plenty of time up north and is prepared to help you find your perfect cottage.
